The files that the contents of this directory are based on were downloaded on Feb 25th, 2016, from BeeBase:

The coordinates of the gff3 file were subsequently modified to NCBI's RefSeq assembly ASM127255v1 using in-house scripts. Protein and CDS fasta files were generated from this modified gff3 file, and any models that broke in the process were discarded.
