Manual annotations of the Venturia canescens genome GCF_019457755.1 were generated by Meng Mao and Gaelen Burke (University of Georgia) via the Apollo software hosted by the i5k Workspace@NAL. Annotations were extracted in GFF3 format from Apollo by National Agricultural Library staff, QC'd and post-processed via the GFF3toolkit (https://github.com/NAL-i5K/GFF3toolkit/).
