Agrilus planipennis community annotators performed manual annotation updates on Agrilus planipennis Genome Assembly 1.0 (10.15482/USDA.ADC/1503806) via the Apollo software (https://github.com/gmod/apollo) at the i5k Workspace@NAL (https://i5k.nal.usda.gov). These annotations were reviewed by the i5k Workspace@NAL and lifted over to assembly Apla_2.0 (GCF_000699045.2) via LiftOff v1.6.3 (https://github.com/agshumate/Liftoff). Overlaps with RefSeq annotations were computed using gff3_merge (https://github.com/NAL-i5K/GFF3toolkit). Fasta sequences were generated using gff3_to_fasta (https://github.com/NAL-i5K/GFF3toolkit).
