Description

Gerris buenoi annotations OGSv1.0 were generated by merging automatic gene predictions from Maker (performed by Dan Hughes at Baylor College of Medicine) with manual annotations by the research community (done via the Apollo manual annotation software). More information about OGSv1.0 can be found here: https://data.nal.usda.gov/dataset/gerris-buenoi-official-gene-set-v10. OGSv1.0 was moved to genome assembly GCA_001010745.2 using the coordinates_conversion and remap-gff3 programs, resulting in OGSv1.1.
