This gene set, OGSv1.2 was subsequently remapped to an updated genome assembly, Leptinotarsa decemlineata genome assembly Ldec_3_MD (GCF_025532065.1), using Liftoff 1.6.9 (https://github.com/agshumate/Liftoff).
