Description

The Eufriesea mexicana Official Gene Set v1.1 was generated by the authors of the publication associated with this record, in collaboration with the Hymenoptera Genome Database (https://hymenoptera.elsiklab.missouri.edu/). Details on how the annotations were generated are available from the publication. Briefly, the authors used homology based methods and de novo methods; and the results of both methods were integrated by GLEAN. The i5k Workspace@NAL is co-hosting the data with the Hymenoptera Genome Database. Files at the i5k Workspace@NAL were retrieved from BeeBase on 08/30/2018.
